DSS Kinesis Event Hub
DataStream
Ayla's Data Streaming Service (DSS) is a robust event-based data publishing system that guarantees delivery of IoT data and events with the least amount of latency to the cloud endpoint of choice. Even during periods of endpoint downtime, the streaming feature will save and replay this traffic once your endpoint is back up again. This enables your business to analyze and process specific IoT data in real time while supporting your multi-cloud initiatives. Supported Cloud end points include AWS Kinesis and Azure Event Hubs.
You can easily access DSS features by clicking DataStream in the navigation panel, as shown below:

You can configure Role Based Access Controls (RBAC) to restrict the data that is transmitted externally to partners. For more information, refer to the Ayla Single Sign-On (SSO) Guide (AY006USS6-2). |
The DataStream page has four tabs (shown below). The Streams tab displays by default and is where you create and edit datastreams for the supported endpoints. As shown below, the other four tabs are older DSS functionality that has been deprecated.
